Program Description
Valley Children's Hospital (Madera, CA) offers a Transition to Practice (TTP) program for new graduate RNs at Central California's only children's hospital with Magnet designation. Cohorts start every three months (January, April, July, October). The year-long program includes monthly classes, didactic presentations, simulation, hands-on skill practice, and interprofessional team education. Units include NICU, PICU, Emergency, OR, and pediatric medical/surgical specialty floors. Apply directly to open "RN I" positions on the careers portal — positions are posted and updated frequently, and new grad applicants can apply up to two months before graduation. Relocation allowance of $1,500–$4,500 for new grads living 100+ miles away.
Requirements
