1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NewGradNurse ("the Service") at newgradnurse.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What NewGradNurse Is

NewGradNurse is an informational aggregator that compiles publicly available job listings and nurse residency programs for newly licensed RNs. We do not guarantee employment, represent any employer, or act as a recruiting agency. All listings are sourced from employer career pages and public job boards.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@newgradnurse.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

Free tier: Access to a limited number of listings with basic information.

Premium tier ($15/month): Full access to all listings, filters, program details, application links, and the application tracker.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Accuracy of Listings

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current or correct. Job postings close without notice, salaries change, and eligibility requirements vary. Always verify details directly with the employer before applying. NewGradNurse is not liable for any decisions made based on listing information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or copy our listings data in bulk
• Use the Service to build a competing product using our data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The NewGradNurse name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by NewGradNurse and may not be copied or used without permission. Job listing content is sourced from public employer postings and remains the property of the respective employers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific job listing will be available or accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewGradNurse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed job opportunities or reliance on listing information. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@newgradnurse.com.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
