Rady Children's Health offers a comprehensive new graduate RN residency program. The Summer 2026 cohort starts August 3, 2026. The program covers pediatric specialties including NICU, PICU, CTICU, Medical/Surgical, Oncology, Behavioral Health/Psych, and Emergency Department.
