Program Description

Sharp HealthCare offers a nationally ANCC PTAP-accredited 1-year new graduate nurse residency across multiple specialties and campuses in San Diego. Summer 2026 cohort is closed. Fall 2026 cohort applications expected to open in August 2026. Cohorts run approximately three times per year.

Requirements

Active California RN license by program start date. BLS from AHA. Less than 12 months of paid RN experience by start date. Graduation from accredited nursing program within 18 months of start date.
