New Graduate RN Residency

Official PIH Health New Graduate RN FAQ says hiring is based on departmental needs throughout the year. The residency lasts one year and includes educational topics, mentoring, team building, and 8-12 weeks of comprehensive training with preceptorship. Departments listed include Cardiac Telemetry, DOU, Medical-Surgical, Oncology, and Telemetry.

Open positions are posted as RN, New Graduate with the specific department that has openings. Applicants need a permanent California RN license before the start date; interim permits are not accepted. Resume should include clinical rotation sites, departments, and hours. Attach two letters of recommendation from clinical instructors or professors.
